ARRI (GB) Camera Service Team are fully trained ARRIFLEX technicians, offering a highly professional service to meet all your needs. The team fully understands the unique demands of our customers and offers a personal service including technical advice on mechanical, optical and electronic functions of all ARRI camera products.

Digital Service

Since the arrival of the first ARRILASER in 2000 and the subsequent introduction of the ARRISCAN, the importance was recognised of a quick service response. The Digital Service Team was created to minimise downtime for the customer. An Engineer can be on site to carry out repairs within 8 business hours.
Two fully qualified Digital Service Engineers carry out all service tasks within the UK. The team also supports our parent company in Munich providing service for ARRILASER customers in Europe.
Full support is provided for the ARRILASER including installation of the recorder, user training, all service issues and ongoing image quality checking.
The creation of this dedicated support team at ARRI (GB) means the ARRILASER and ARRISCAN user has continual after sales support and service whenever required.

Lighting Service
